Lucky Recipient of a rotisserie restoration completed in 2020, this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible has been both modernized and re-engineered for upgraded drivability. Powered by an LS3/430 HP V-8 engine and mated to a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission, the car is set up to deliver impressive straight-line acceleration and an elevated top speed. The suspension dynamics have been addressed with a professionally installed new chassis equipped with Detroit Speed Quadralink suspension, four corner coil over shocks and front tubular A arms. Stopping power was addressed with Big Baer four wheel drilled and slotted disc brakes .The exquisite black exterior finish—contrasted by a red hockey stick stripe—features a power-assisted black convertible top, twin chrome exterior mirrors, a front air dam, a Corvette-style stinger hood, the Rally Sport-style electronic hideaway headlights and a rear spoiler. The custom interior carries over the matching black and red theme with four bucket seats, Detroit Speed steering wheel, power windows, Air conditioning , tilt steering column, a front to back full custom center console with cup holders, and black lap belts. There is a custom sound system with a built out trunk compartment with subs. The Camaro is rolling on 18-inch Foose custom wheels wrapped in Nexen low-profile tires.
The paint is very nice with a deep shine and a mirror like reflection. All of the chrome, trim and bright work are fantastic and glisten in the sun. The panel fit & finish is superb and looks fantastic. The engine compartment is highly detailed and L@@KS amazing! The under carriage is just like the rest of the car and is standing tall.
